Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery times

United States: 7 to 12 business days after dispatch.

Canada: 8 to 15 business days after dispatch.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs processing, carrier delays, weather, and peak periods such as Black Friday and Christmas can extend them by several days. Delivery estimates don't include our 1 to 3 business day processing window.

Shipping rates

Rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight. Standard shipping is $10 and is free on orders over $80 CAD, which is any order of two or more items.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. Tracking information can take 2 to 4 business days to begin updating after dispatch, which is normal and doesn't mean your parcel is lost.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are set by your local authorities, are not included in our prices or shipping charges, and are the recipient's responsibility. We can't predict or refund them.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We can't reroute a parcel once it's dispatched. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped at your cost, or refunded minus the original shipping charge.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days of dispatch, email support@gxddxmn.com with your order number. We'll open an investigation with the carrier, and if the parcel is confirmed lost or can't be traced, we'll replace it or refund you in full.
