This site is operated by GXD DXMN. By using it or buying from us, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree to them, please don't use the site.

You confirm you are the age of majority in your province, state or territory, or have consent from a parent or guardian.

About our eyewear

Our sunglasses are fashion eyewear. They are not prescription lenses, safety goggles, or personal protective equipment, and they are not medical devices. They should not be used as eye protection for sport, industrial work, laboratory use, or any activity requiring certified protective eyewear.

UV protection figures are provided by our manufacturing partners and are stated in good faith. Do not use our eyewear to look directly at the sun or at a solar eclipse. If you have an eye condition or need corrective lenses, speak to an optometrist before relying on any non-prescription eyewear.

Tinted lenses reduce light transmission. Please use your judgement about when it's appropriate to wear them, including when driving at night or in low light.

Products and pricing

Prices are in Canadian dollars unless another currency is shown. We may change prices, modify or discontinue products, and limit order quantities at any time without notice.

We work to show product colours and details as accurately as we can, but screens render colour differently and product images are representative rather than exact. Slight variation between the images and the item you receive is normal.

We may refuse or cancel any order, including where a product has been listed at an incorrect price. If we cancel an order you've paid for, you'll be refunded in full.

Your information

You agree to give accurate purchase and account information, and you're responsible for keeping your account password confidential. How we handle your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Refunds and shipping

Purchases are governed by our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, which form part of these terms.

Acceptable use

You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe anyone's intellectual property, to harass or discriminate, to submit false information, to transmit malicious code, to collect other people's personal information, or to interfere with the site's security.

Intellectual property

The GXD DXMN name, wordmark, imagery and written content on this site are our property or used with permission, and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Please don't reproduce them commercially without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GXD DXMN is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or products bought through it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be excluded, including in respect of faulty or misdescribed goods.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms at any time, and the current version is always on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada.
